  • We are recruiting for a number of different teaching assistant roles in and around North Bristol. We offer both part and full time roles, with working hours 8 : 30am - 3 : 30pm . This is a fantastic opportunity if you experience working with children and have some experience working in a secondary school. We offer a competitive rate of £90- £100 per day depending on experience.

    As a teaching assistant you need to be adaptable, personable and have a hands on approach . You need to demonstrate that you have a caring and empathetic nature. We are not just looking for someone who has experience, but someone who has a genuine passion for working with children and isn’t afraid to get stuck in !

    Within the role you will

    • Making sure all resources the children may need are available
    • Supporting learning in the classroom, 1 : 1 and small groups
    • Ensuring the students uphold the school behaviour policies and values
    • Aiding the children with pastoral care
    • Working with Long-term Teachers
