If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you!About the RoleWe are looking for a versatile and highly organised Office Administrator to support our Finance and Contracts teams with a range of reception, administrative, and compliance duties. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a professional, friendly, and supportive workplace, where your skills will be valued and developed.Key Responsibilities Reception & Office ManagementAnswer and direct telephone calls, taking messages when required.Welcome visitors, ensuring a professional first impression.Maintain office supplies, including stationery and kitchen essentials.Manage the photocopier and liaise with maintenance for servicing. Contracts & Health & Safety AdministrationAssist with method statements, O&M manuals, and H&S documentation.Ensure all subcontractors are compliant with training, insurance, and certifications (SMSTS, CSCS, etc.).Track and complete H&S assessments, including CHAS & Constructionline compliance.Book training sessions and secure funding from CITB.Conduct weekly fire alarm checks and maintain H&S compliance records. Finance & Warehouse SupportMaintain the holiday calendar and record weekly timesheets.Input delivery notes into Cost of Sales.Support the Warehouse Manager with stock ordering.Arrange equipment checks and servicing.Assist the Finance Department with general administrative tasks, filing, and archiving.What We’re Looking For
