Psychology Graduate Teaching Assistant Location : Coventry Salary : £450+ per week Contract : Temporary to Full-Time Hours : Monday to Friday (8 : 30am – 3 : 30pm)Are you a Psychology Graduate or hold a degree in a related field? Are you seeking a rewarding and challenging role supporting young people to help inspire and empower pupils to succeed?Teaching Personnel are currently recruiting a highly motivated and enthusiastic Psychology Graduate Teaching Assistant to work in a specialist SEN school based in Coventry. This is a full-time position, running Monday to Friday (8 : 30am – 3 : 30pm), and involves supporting young people with additional needs on both a 1 : 1 and small group basis.Our partner school in Coventry caters for pupils aged 4 to 19 with a range of severe and complex learning difficulties, including autism spectrum conditions, profound and multiple learning disabilities (PMLD), and associated medical needs. The school prides itself on offering tailored, personalised support through the use of individual Education Health Care Plans (EHCPs) to help each student overcome barriers to learning.In this role, you will work closely with teachers and other support staff to deliver targeted interventions and assist with daily classroom activities. You will provide additional support to students both individually and in small groups, supporting their academic, social, and emotional development. • A bachelor’s degree in Psychology or a related field
• A genuine passion for supporting children and young people with additional needs
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Commitment, patience, and resilience
