Outside of IR35 - Class 2F Building Control Surveyor

Job Title : Contract Building Control Surveyor (Class 2F)Location : Berkshire (Site-based)Rate : £70 per hourIR35 Status : Outside IR35Contract : Full-time, 5 days a week (37 hours)Overview : We’re currently seeking an experienced Class 2F Building Control Surveyor to support one of our clients on a contract basis. This is a site-focused role requiring strong inspection experience and minimal plan checking.Requirements :

• BSR registration – Minimum Class 2F
• Full UK driving licence
• Access to a car with business use insurance
• Ability to work on-site 5 days per weekKey Responsibilities :
• Carry out on-site inspections across a wide range of construction projects
• Review building plans with minimal plan checking responsibilities
• Ensure compliance with current building regulations and legislation
• Provide expert advice to clients and stakeholders (via phone, email, and in person)
• Inspect dangerous structures during working hours
• Maintain clear and accurate records of inspections and communications
• Support the development of Trainee and Assistant Surveyors
• Assist the Principal Surveyor and Team Manager with general team duties
