HVAC Project Manager – South East London & Kent£60,000 – £65,000 + PackageWe're working with a well-established and growing HVAC contractor who specialise in delivering high-quality air conditioning and mechanical services across a range of sectors. They're now looking to appoint a HVAC Project Manager to oversee a number of exciting projects across South East London and Kent.This role will involve managing a portfolio of projects with a combined value of up to £2 million, ranging from smaller works at £10k through to large-scale installations up to £2 million. Project types include hotels, offices, and data rooms, offering plenty of variety and technical challenge.

The RoleManage multiple HVAC projects from pre-construction through to handoverOversee site operations, labour, subcontractors, and supply chainMaintain strong communication with clients, consultants, and internal teamsEnsure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standardMonitor and enforce health & safety compliance

RequirementsProven background in HVAC project management, ideally from an air conditioning backgroundExperience delivering commercial mechanical services projectsStrong organisational and communication skillsAble to manage several projects simultaneouslyFull UK driving licence
