Reporting to the Sr. Director of Revenue Enablement, this person will oversee the creation and delivery of enablement programs to the international revenue-generating teams. This role will act as a strategic partner to the go-to-market leaders across the EMEA, MEA, and Asia Pacific markets, owning the execution of commercial enablement across the regions.
In strong collaboration with the Revenue Enablement global team, this candidate will deliver a best in class learning experience by understanding the key drivers of the business, determining the necessary enablement & training programs required to address gaps, and relentlessly implementing, tracking, and adjusting based on results. Success equates to an increase in productivity and effectiveness of your regional stakeholders.
Responsibilities :
Understands the Alteryx GTM strategy and uses his / her knowledge to build credibility and trust with Revenue leaders, specifically Sales, Channel, Sales Engineering and Customer Success.
Works with sales, channel, sales engineering, and customer success leadership to define commercial enablement strategy across the international theaters.
Collaborate with Global Enablement and Content team to architect, build and deliver new hire onboarding, learning journeys, targeted training on Alteryx solutions, sales competencies, sales methodology, and sales tools and process which drive productivity and effectiveness for your stakeholders.
Analyses and interprets key revenue metrics, to identify gaps & define the most relevant Enablement programs required to impact business metrics.
Be the advocate for your stakeholders and drive of focused experiential learning and change management.
Qualifications :
Education : Bachelor’s degree required
Experience : 5-8 years’ experience in revenue or sales enablement
Position is based in London (office twice a week) with responsibilities across EMEA, MEA, Asia Pacific time zones
Additional Skills needed :
Experience in enabling a wide variety of revenue generating roles.
Demonstrated ability to design an enablement plan with specific strategies and metrics for success and then oversee the execution.
Experience in Value Selling Framework sales methodology is preferred.
Analytical skill set to drive insights from data and measuring the impact of enablement programs at scale across international theaters.
Strong executive communication, collaboration and influencing skills at across all levels.
Proven track record of producing and managing enablement events and driving adoption.
Instructional design experience preferred.
