CompEx Electrician

Location : Staffordshire-based with UK-wide travelSalary : £43,680 - £45,760 per annum (basic) + overtime and 15% uplift for overnight staysHours : Monday to Friday, 8 : 00am - 4 : 30pm (40 hours per week, up to 50 hours available when on-site)Start Date : ASAP

Are you a skilled CompEx Electrician ready to take on a dynamic role combining workshop-based work and UK-wide site installations? Our client is seeking a motivated and experienced CompEx Electrician to join their team.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Follow schematics provided by Engineering department to assemble panels, install electrical components etc.
  • Prepare built items for test
  • Conduct installation work under supervision on client sites
  • Work to the company’s quality standards
  • Comply with Health & Safety regulations plus the company’s rules and regulations at all times
  • Attend relevant courses to broaden your knowledge and skill set

Essential Skills & Qualifications :

  • CompEx EX01-04 (minimum 2 years' experience).
  • 18th Edition.
  • 2391 Inspection and Testing or equivalent.
  • NVQ in Electrical Installation.
  • Previous experience in industrial installation.
  • Full, clean driving licence and own transport.
  • Flexibility to travel and stay overnight across the UK.

    • Desirable Skills :

  • Experience in the gas industry or National Grid projects.
  • EUSR Gas Safety Passport.
