Job Summary
The Director of Sales will lead our sales strategy, drive outbound outreach, and scale our sales team to support our rapid growth. This role requires a strategic thinker who can build and manage high-performing sales teams and develop outreach strategies via LinkedIn, email marketing, and other channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue targets.
- Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Manage outbound outreach via LinkedIn, email marketing, and other platforms.
- Navigate the RFP / RFI / RFQ marketplace and prepare compelling proposals.
- Collaborate closely with marketing to ensure alignment between sales efforts and brand messaging.
- Analyze sales performance metrics and adjust strategies to optimize results.
Requirements
Qualifications
Proven experience in sales leadership roles, preferably within startup environments.Strong track record of managing and scaling sales teams.Expertise in outbound sales techniques, including LinkedIn and email marketing.Familiarity with the RFP / RFI / RFQ process.Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills, with the ability to differentiate our brand.Benefits
