Resourcing Consultant (Hybrid) needed in Bristol, £17.49ph PAYE – Reference : 5250810
Key Job Outcomes :
Deliver a professional and positive hiring manager and candidate experience throughout the entire recruitment journey from attraction to appointment.
Work with the recruitment advertising agency and in house comms team to support external brand including project managing a recruitment microsite.
Develop relevant and effective assessment methods and scoring measures.
Manage a number of routes to market such as temporary recruitment and CV searching.
Adhere to recruitment and selection policy to ensure fair / transparent recruitment.
You will ideally have :
Demonstrate extensive knowledge and experience of the complete recruitment cycle.
Extensive knowledge and experience of taking briefs from hiring managers, identifying their needs and designing effective recruitment solutions within cost parameters.
Significant experience of working with recruitment agencies engaging in all aspects of recruitment including advertising, running social media campaigns and of upholding an employer brand(s).
Able to demonstrate knowledge and / or experience of equalities and diversity issues.
Confident, assertive, and proactive, with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships and effectively communicate with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
Experience of developing effective assessment activities (including scoring measures) used in recruitment e.g. writing interview questions, case studies, practical exercises etc.
Ability to work effectively within a pressurised environment, where priorities and deadlines are subject to change.
Experience of working with an Applicant Tracking System.
This is a full time role on a temporary contract basis.
