First Military Recruitment is working in partnership with our client to recruit an Occupational Health Advisor or Nurse to join their team in Warton on a permanent basis.
The Occupational Health Nurse or Advisor is an integral part of the team, providing a compassionate, professional clinical service that is instrumental in the quality of care our clients receive.
Our client encourages applications from ex-military personnel however all candidates will be given due consideration.
Duties and Responsibilities :
- Carry out fitness for work / safety critical medicals
- Provide health surveillance medicals (audio, spiro, skin & HAVs)
- Case Management
- Travel Health Assessments and administer vaccines
- Provide Minor Treatments and advice.
- Deliver some wellbeing clinics.
- Ensure clinical assessment skills are maintained in line with best practice
Skills and Qualifications :
Previous Occupational Health experience is preferable.Registered Nurse (Part 1)Experience within A&EExcellent knowledge of occupational health and employment legislationBenefits :
