Job Description
- Manage office operations, including filing, data entry, and handling correspondence.
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other communications.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and events.
- Provide logistical support for charity events, meetings, and activities.
The Successful Applicant
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Familiarity with database management and data entry.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Strong attention to detail.
