31,650 to £49,083 (salary depends on experience and / or qualifications)

From April 2025

The School and Role

A Hull secondary school seeks to appoint a Maths Teacher to work in a full-time, fixed-term role from April 2025. The successful Maths Teacher will be responsible for teaching Maths to pupils in KS3 and KS4 classes. This fixed-term contract will run from April 2025 until at least July 2025.

This large secondary academy is based in the East Riding of Yorkshire, approximately 7 miles to the west of Hull city centre. This academy is part of a successful multi-academy trust and benefits from excellent leadership and a supportive working culture that places the well-being of staff at the forefront of practice.

The desired Maths Teacher will have :

  • Qualified Teacher Status
  • Experience of teaching Maths to KS3 and KS4 in a UK-based secondary school setting.
  • A passion for the progress of secondary-aged pupils
  • An ability to work as part of a team
