They pride themselves on having repeat work from a range of high-profile clients and operate across the residential and commercial sectors.As a Senior Quantity Surveyor in a project delivery consultancy you will operate in a strategic and leadership role, overseeing cost management and commercial aspects of construction projects on behalf of clients.Role :

• Lead cost planning, budgeting, and financial control across project lifecycles.
• Manage procurement strategies, tendering, and contractor selection.
• Oversee contract administration, including change control and claims management.
• Monitor and report on project financial performance, risks, and forecasts.
• Ensure compliance with contract terms, construction law, and best practices.
• Support project delivery teams with commercial advice and strategic input.
• Lead and mentor junior QS staff, promoting best-in-class quantity surveying standards.
• Represent the consultancy in client meetings, providing clear, expert commercial guidance.Required :
