The role

As a Survival Equipment Supervisor, you’ll have a role that’s out of the ordinary. An interesting, dynamic, and rewarding role utilising specialist skill whilst operating within a small team, albeit being part of a much bigger international organisation.

Day to day you’ll act as a lead on any SE investigations as well as :

  • Assist in the ground movement of aircraft and flight line operations if needed
  • Mentor new starters
  • Ensure all Survival Equipment is issued and fitted to meet the customers’ needs

Essential experience of the Survival Equipment Supervisor :

  • AV-MED
  • Q-SE-AC (Helmet Fitting)
  • Ability to work flexibly individually and as part of a team.
  • Always promotes best practice.
  • This role is full time and based onsite at Boscombe Down.

    Qualifications for the Survival Equipment Supervisor :

  • RAF Safety Equipment Course or civilian equivalent.
  • The successful candidate must be able to achieve BPSS security clearance for this role.
