What s the Role About?

Supporting the Head Chef in delivering top-notch food, every time
Keeping the kitchen running smoothly and efficiently during busy shifts
Training and motivating a passionate kitchen team
Making sure hygiene, health & safety, and kitchen standards are always on point
Helping manage stock, wastage, and prep like a pro
Getting stuck in with daily service, bringing the energy

What You ll Need :

Proven experience as a Sous Chef or a solid Junior Sous looking to step up

Confidence in a high-volume, fast-casual or QSR-style kitchen

Passion for quality food, team leadership, and service that hits the mark

A can-do attitude and cool head under pressure
