Key Accountabilities :
- Lead a Team of c20 with 6 direct reports who work on projects that cover GMP reconciliation, equalisation and rectification of benefits for current and former members of UK Defined Benefit Pension Schemes
- Provide actuarial and other pensions expertise to clients on rectification of benefits, pensions technical and legislative issues
- Responsible for revenue generation from current client projects and new business development including participating in new client pitches as required
- Cultivate a culture of compliance and risk awareness focusing on the principles of Pensions Consulting and the Capita Group.
