fabulous team at the beautiful Dunston Hall Hotel, Spa & Golf Resort.

The previous 12 months has been great for Dunston Hall, which

has gone from strength to strength. We have brought the Spa operation back

inhouse, which has also had investment and is thriving!  We’ve invested within the restaurant area as

well as the Golf operation where we now have a Trackman Driving Range.

With further investment planned for the coming year, this is

the ultimate time to join!

    • What will I do?

    You will be a strong operational leader, overseeing the

    day-to-day operations of the hotel across a multitude of departments, including

    food & beverage, housekeeping, kitchen, maintenance and front of

    house.  You’ll be an engaging Manager, a

    natural with building strong relationships, working together with the Head of

    Departments to ensure guest experience is at the forefront!

    Is this the role for me?

  • Previous experience – either as a General

    • Manager within a smaller property or an experienced Operations Manager who is

    seeking their next challenge

  • A ‘hands on’ leader
  • Commercially astute
  • People management experience
  • Strong knowledge of the industry, latest

  • 166-bedroom property. Our hotel has beautiful garden views with an 18-hole golf course and the dining options include the Brasserie restaurant, Bunkers bar and a terrace bar, and we offer afternoon tea as well as private dining and meetings and event spaces. The leisure facilities include a gym, pool, sauna, steam room, and a relaxing Elemis spa.
