A family-run , fast-growing medical device manufacturer is looking for a hands-on Project Manager to join its expanding team in Farnham. Reporting directly to the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) , this is a high-visibility role with a clear pathway to transition into Head of PMO as the business continues to scale.

This opportunity has arisen due to recent departmental restructuring and ongoing investment in the growth of the project management function. It’s ideal for a dynamic, customer-facing project leader with a proven track record of managing multiple complex projects within the medical device sector.

What You’ll Be Doing :

• Taking full ownership of several simultaneous medical device projects from concept through to delivery
• Acting as the key customer-facing contact, building strong and lasting relationships
