Key Responsibilities : Lead Development Team : Oversee the design, development, coding, testing, and debugging of software applications.Product / Delivery Roadmap : Responsible for defining the product road map and aligning software delivery with changing business needs.Product Backlog and Planning : Manage the product backlog, including task estimation, prioritisation, and planning for releases.Team Leadership : Lead, mentor, and manage a small development team, providing technical guidance, career development, and support.Project Management : Manage project plans and ensure commitments are met in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.Required Experience & Qualifications : Prior experience as a Development Manager or similar leadership role in software development.Technical Skills : Proficiency with .NET and C#, or similar languages.Experience with Blazor (Server-Side Rendering, WebAssembly, Progressive Web Apps).Experience with MAUI and MAUI Blazor Hybrid for building cross-platform apps.Strong understanding of JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, and frameworks like Bootstrap.Familiarity with NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, and building Restful Web Services.Experience with Entity Framework Core, Migrations, and ...
