• Minimum of 12 months experience in a support or healthcare setting
• NVQ Level 3 in Children and Young People or Health and Social Care
• Full driving licence preferred (but not essential)
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
• A genuine passion for improving outcomes for vulnerable people and children
