Building Surveyor

Hours of Work : 39 hours per week, full year

Salary : Dependent on experience and Qualifications.

We have an exciting opportunity to work as part of the Estates team as a Building Surveyor.

Are you qualified to a minimum of MRICS or MCIOB and an experienced building surveyor, with at least 3 years post-qualification experience of managing maintenance in a corporate or education environment?   Are you looking for a new challenge?  If so, we have an opportunity for an Estates Building Surveyor to work at Marlborough College.   Situated at the western end of the quintessential market town of Marlborough, the College occupies 286 acres of historic scenic downland. We have over 150 properties, several of which are listed, and include a large number of residential properties.

The role includes preparation of CAD drawings, building inspections, statutory applications, preparing schedules and contract administration.
