This is a vital role within the regional Property Services team, responsible for overseeing a wide range of works including responsive repairs, voids, disrepair claims, and cyclical maintenance across a diverse housing portfolio. You’ll work closely with residents, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure that all works are delivered on time, to budget, and to the highest standards of quality and compliance, maintaining customer satisfaction throughout.
