About the Role

We’re looking for a proactive and driven Delivery Consultant to join our successful Maritime division , supporting a diverse portfolio of clients across the UK and internationally.

Ideally, you'll bring experience from a recruitment background or a similar role where you’ve developed strong, transferable skills. You’ll be familiar with working towards KPIs, achieving financial targets, and demonstrating strong commercial awareness in your day-to-day approach.

You should have a proven track record of building and maintaining excellent relationships with key stakeholders, along with confident negotiation skills and a client-focused mindset.

We’re looking for someone who is motivated by success , takes pride in their attention to detail , and is passionate about delivering outstanding service — both to clients and candidates — while upholding ARM’s strong reputation in the market.

This is an exciting opportunity to become part of an established team within the Maritime sector, with access to active clients from day one and the chance to make an immediate impact.

Responsibilities

  • Experience with hitting targets and KPI's
  • Ability to work towards financial targets
  • Commercial acumen
  • Ability to build relationships and negotiate effectively
  • Confident with speaking on the phone and responding via email quickly
  • Build a brand on professional social media sites such as LinkedIn
  • Attending industry relevant exhibitions
