What you will do :

Provide expert assessment, tailored treatment, and efficient discharge planning for patients within your caseload.

Deliver specialist clinical input while working collaboratively in a busy acute medical ward setting.

Contribute to local data collection efforts for Quality Improvement analysis, enhancing patient outcomes and service delivery.

Engage in collaborative work with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Provide mentorship and support to junior colleagues, fostering a culture of professional development and excellence.

Ideal candidates must be HCPC Registered with a minimum of two years of relevant experience. A start date is to be determined, with potential for an immediate beginning to your new adventure.
