Position : CNC Setter / Operator - Late Shift Team LeaderSalary : £44,950 - £47,450 - Depending on experience Location : Wickford Hours : 14 : 00pm - 22 : 15pm Proactive are currently in search of an experienced CNC Setter / Operator for a world leading Aerospace and Automotive company based in Wickford. We are currently looking for a skilled Setter looking to further his skills and move into leading a team.Key accountabilities : Working on the machining platforms, producing various components across all the major projects.Setting and operating CNC Machines using Siemens and / or Fanuc controls Working to client Technical Instructions and program manuals to deliver consistent, high quality machining across a variety of different components and product families.The interpretation of manufacturing drawings, customer drawings and written specifications.The assessment of whether the quality of components produced within the facility meets the required standards.Working within a team to effectively resolve quality issues and ensure your work is being completed to plan.Skill...
