We are currently headhunting for a dynamic and experienced and dynamic leader in Mental Health for a specialist secure service in Edmonton, dedicated to male patients with forensic backgrounds to join them as a Clinical Manager.As the Clinical Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the hospital's strategy, providing both operational and clinical leadership. You will collaborate closely with the Hospital Director and multidisciplinary team, ensuring the highest standards of care are provided.Your responsibility will include overseeing the clinical operations of the service, focusing on nursing, therapy, and patient care in line with legislation, CQC key lines of inquiry, and corporate policies.Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the clinical operations of the service, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care.
- Collaborate with the Hospital Director and multidisciplinary team to shape and execute the hospital’s strategy.
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, CQC key lines of inquiry, and corporate policies.
- Provide leadership, decision-making, and guidance across nursing and therapy teams.
- Champion continuous improvement initiatives to ensure exceptional care standardsRequirements
- Valid NMC registration as an RMN or RNLD nurse (HCPC candidates with a management background will also be considered).
- Ideally, experience in a forensic setting.
- Strong understanding of statutory regulations.
- Passion for delivering high-quality care and driving continuous improvement.
- Proven leadership and decision-making abilities.
- Clear DBS checkLocationThis service is located near Edmonton in North London, offering excellent transport links, including easy access to Stratford, Enfield, St Albans, and the London Overground.Salary and Benefits
- Competitive salary between £55,000 - £60,000 (depending on experience).
