FLT Counterbalance Driver

Job Title : Counterbalance DriverLocation : Hams Hall, BirminghamPay Rate : £12.50 per hour +£20 per week shift allowanceDuration : Temp-perm, ongoingShifts : 06 : 00-18 : 00 3 on, 3 off day shiftKey Responsibilities :

• Operate counterbalance, unload, and transport goods within the warehouse.
• Stack and store materials in appropriate areas, ensuring proper stock rotation.
• Perform routine inspections and maintenance of reach trucks.
• Follow all safety protocols and company policies to ensure a safe working environment.
• Keep accurate records of inventory movements and stock levels.
• Assist with general warehouse duties as needed.Qualifications :
• Valid counterbalance certification / license.
• Familiarity with warehouse operations and inventory management.
• Ability to operate counterbalance and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
