Heading up the GXO Finance teams across multiple sites with strong thought leadership, you will deliver best-in-class clear, credible reporting on well-understood results to both GXO and our customers. Monday to Friday
working hours and will be based on-site.What youll do on a typical day : Ensuring robustness of accounting within GXO and visibility of results to the customer through weekly and period reportingConfirm clarity of balance sheets across each area of the contract to present to customer and to satisfy internal SOX requirementsWeekly and monthly customer reviews and production of periodic / monthly review packsLead financial controls regarding Gainshare and Gainshare elements of the contract. Work with the operational team to ensure that maximum is delivered in line with contractBe part of change team by analysing any financial impacts of projects for inclusion into business cases to the businessWhat you need to succeed at GXO : Proven experience in a fast-paced finance management role with an understanding of both Transport & Warehouse contractsExperienced in finding cost efficiencies and potential savingsStrong understanding of open & closed book contracts (where applicable)Illustrates previous professional experience within reporting roleExposure to building strong business relationships with both internal and external customersIdeally fully CIMA or ACCA qualified, or actively studying towardsWe engineer faster, smarter, leaner supply chains.
