Intermediate Quantity Surveyor

Intermediate Quantity Surveyor : Will be involved in full scope of project Preconstruction into Completion - Jobs ranging from £50k - £1 million. Work is heavily leant towards fit outs of commercial buildings and full construction. Experience wanted : 2-5 years as a QS - Graduate Background.Pre-Construction : Assist in preparing cost estimates and budgets.Support in tender documentation and contractor selection.Construction Phase : Monitor and report on project costs, tracking against the budget.Assist with processing payments to contractors and suppliers.Post-Construction : Help in preparing final accounts, reconciling costs against the budget.Contribute to the project close-out, including cost reports and handover documentation This is a Permanent Position paying between £40,000 - £50,000 + Car allowance.
