Believe in people.The role12 month contract availableWe are looking for a capable and experienced individual to advocate for us within a court setting. This role will be based in East region and would involve covering court locations mostly in Norwich and Great Yarmouth. Its worth noting the Income team work collaboratively and the team support each other across the wider area, so monthly team meetings, 1 : 1 could involve travel to our offices in South, or Midlands (expenses covered)We are ideally seeking for someone with a housing background within debt recovery. You will have managed arrears cases both over the phone and / or face to face. You will be robust, pragmatic and professional in your approach. You will have excellent communication skills and be able to articulate a clear message in challenging circumstances.
