Overview

We are seeking a Telesales and Sales Support Advisor to join our clients sales team.

The primary responsibility of this role is to drive sales through outbound phone calls and provide support to the sales team.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound sales–based phone calls to existing customers
  • Assist the sales team to follow up sales opportunities and new accounts
  • Provide product information, pricing, and support to customers over the phone
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and goals
  • Update and maintain customer records in the CRM system

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in outbound sales–based phone calls
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to effectively multitask and prioritize in a fast–paced environment
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales processes
  • A customer–centric and results–driven mindset

  • Make outbound sales calls to potential and existing customers
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify and qualify leads
  • Provide product information and support to customers over the phone
  • Update customer records in the CRM system
  • Assist with sales support tasks as needed
