• Annual team building event and a Christmas party.What You’ll DoAs a field service engineer, you’ll be providing your expertise to some of the biggest names in the pharmaceutical industry. You’ll work on equipment install and commissioning, troubleshoot issues, prevent breakdowns, and work closely with specialists in Germany to deliver technical solutions that increase performance and yield. This role involves regular travel both domestically and internationally.Your Main Responsibilities :
• Be the expert : Provide onsite support for filling equipment and isolators, mastering both the equipment and the pharma production processes.
• Problem-solver : Analyse equipment issues and provide rapid, cost-effective solutions.
• Technical mastermind : Troubleshoot, collaborate with our engineering team in Germany.
• Maintenance pro : Conduct regular inspections, calibrations, and upgrades to ensure machines stay in optimal, validated condition.What You BringWe need someone who thrives in a hands-on environment, with the skills and determination to solve complex problems and improve processes. Here’s what we’re looking for :
• Experience : 2+ years working as an engineer or service technician with specialised machinery, ideally in the pharmaceutical, automation, medical device or food & beverage industry. Competent completing planned and unplanned maintenance activities.
• Problem-solving mindset : Strong ability to diagnose technical issues, read technical drawings, and implement practical solutions.
• Customer-first approach : A focus on delivering exceptional service and exceeding customer expectations.
• Communication skills : Fluent in English and able to communicate your ideas well.
