The role is a 12 month maternity role.About the CompanyOur client is a global real estate leader, active in investment, development, and property management. In the UK, they’re rapidly expanding their portfolio, which includes high-quality student accommodation and Build-to-Rent (BTR) communities. They pride themselves on creating inclusive, well-managed communities built on respect, integrity, service, and teamwork.You will work 5 days per week, with shifts from Monday to Friday scheduled as either 8 : 00 am to 5 : 00 pm or 10 : 00 am to 7 : 00 pm. Additionally, you’ll be required to work 2 Saturdays per month from 9 : 00 am to 4 : 00 pm. When you work a Saturday, you’ll receive a day off during the week in return.The RoleAs a Resident Services Associate, you’ll be at the forefront of delivering a first-class resident experience.
