Job Description
What You’ll be Doing :
- Provide leadership on Agile / ITIL processes and be a decision maker within the security team; Advising those who will be working directly with yourself on best practices and able to support from a 3rd Line perspective.
- Develop peers and colleagues within the team through mentoring and leadership providing trustworthy honest feedback
- Produce and support policies, functions and configuration builds to allow implementation of customer projects.
- Complete and own integration testing on new products and services, producing all relevant supporting documentation
- Ensure full awareness of the need to always safeguard sensitive customer information, so that customers perceive BT to be an trustworthy organisation
