Human Performance Specialist - Commissioning / PreOps

Location : Site / Project based x 1 day AND Cannington Court x 1 day AND Remote x 1 (Total 3 days per week)

Status : CONTRACT (renewable) – INSIDE IR35

Duration : 6 months

Morson Talent are working on behalf of a major player within the Energy Sector who have a current requirement for a Human Performance Specialist - CommOps (Commissioning Pre-Operations), to join their established site-based team in Somerset on a part-time basis for a 6-month contract. This is a uniquely interesting opportunity to contribute towards one of Europe's largest infrastructure / construction Projects. Overview of the role :

• The CommOps Human Performance Specialist will play a pivotal role ensuring site personnel understand and utilise Human Performance (HU) tools to keep themselves and other safe.
• The role involves researching best practice, designing and delivering the Human Performance programme for CommOps from now through to operations.
• The role holder will collaborate with a range of Internal and External stakeholders to build the programme ensuring it is engaging, innovative and impactful.
