EC Group are a specialist construction recruitment consultancy who are advertising for a Working Foreman position for and on behalf of one of our clients.The position is for an Oxfordshire based main-contractor working on new build and refurbishment of residential properties.The role is for a Working Foreman carrying out the following responsibilities :

• Managing sub-contractors
• Setting out works
• Health and safety checks
• Site reports, site instructions, site introductions
• Carrying out carpentry or other trade works.Requirements for the role are :
• Minimum of 5 years experience
• Residential, extension experience
