Your responsibilities will include :
- Providing personal care, including bathing, dressing, and toileting, respectfully.
- Supporting residents with daily activities, encouraging engagement and participation.
- Building trusting relationships to create a safe, comforting environment.
- Monitoring residents' physical and emotional well-being, and reporting any changes to senior staff.
- Promoting independence and choice while respecting each resident’s unique needs.
