Sales Development Representative (SDR)

Motherwell (OfficeBased Free Parking)

30000 per year Uncapped Bonus Potential

This is a great opportunity for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join a wellestablished business in the construction industry. The role involves identifying engaging and qualifying potential business opportunities. The SDR will work closely with Business Development Managers (BDMs) to book meetings and support the sales pipeline.

The key focus will be targeting professional services following a surveyor and architect referral route and pitching directly to clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contact potential clients through calls emails and LinkedIn.
  • Qualify leads and schedule meetings for BDMs with key decisionmakers.
  • Follow a structured referral route through surveyors and architects.
  • Pitch directly to clients and build strong relationships.
  • Meet and exceed weekly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Keep the CRM system updated with accurate information.
  • Work with the sales team to ensure smooth handovers and good client relationships.

  • Whats Needed

  • 1 years of experience in sales lead generation or a similar role (construction industry experience is a plus).
  • Strong communication and relationshipbuilding skills.
  • Motivated resultsdriven and keen to exceed targets.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fastpaced environment.
  • Experience using CRM tools and sales engagement platforms.
