Security Officer

A fantastic Opportunity has arisen for a Security Officer to work at our client’s prestigious site at Elton near Chester.

Hours Per Week : 42

12 hour Shifts

Shift Pattern Start06 : 00Shift Pattern End : 06 : 00 Driving Licence is a requirement as the applicant will have access to a Mobile Vehicle as part of his / her duties.

THE ROLE

As a member of the security team, you will work shifts on a rotational basis (4 days, 4 off, 4 nights and 4 off etc), this will include a mix of weekends and evenings shifts, with overtime available.

The role will require interaction with Staff and Management, visitors, contractors and vehicles arriving onto site.

Duties will include meet and greeting all visitors / contractors to the site (excellent customer skills required)

Inputting data on to the ANPR system to allow vehicles onto site (Training provided)

CCTV patrols of the site and foot and vehicle patrols are also required.

Able to work unsupervised at times

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Responsibility and courtesy.

You will hold a current and valid SIA licence and First Aid qualification.

Experience of working within a security team, you will have proven communication skills and excellent team working skills.

You will have the ability to work under pressure and be friendly, polite, and diplomatic all times.
