Job description

DCS Group is the UK’s leading Distributor, Manufacturer, and Exporter of Health, Beauty, and Household products. Representing major brands like Procter & Gamble, Unilever, and Kenvue, we deliver innovative solutions across multiple sectors. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a Co-pack Projects Coordinator to join our team and drive the success of our CoPack operations.

Your Role :

  • Manage CoPack projects from concept to completion, ensuring profitability and timely delivery.
  • Build strong relationships with suppliers to develop category growth across key sectors.
  • Oversee costing, quotations, and invoicing while maintaining financial accuracy.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance CoPack efficiency.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of repack projects.
  • Represent DCS at meetings and industry events, strengthening client and supplier relationships.
  • Ensure compliance with Good Distribution Practice (GDP) for medical products.

What We’re Looking For :

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Exceptional organisational and project management abilities.
  • Commercial awareness with a focus on profitability.
  • Previous project management experience (preferred but not essential).
  • Full UK Driving License.
