Corporate Lawyer

An excellent opportunity awaits an ambitious Associate to join a well-known UK firm in its highly ranked Corporate team. The team collaborates with global businesses on strategic corporate transactions, advising both public and private companies on the following : private and public company share and asset sales and purchases; IPOs and listings; fundraisings; strategic investments and partnerships; joint ventures; management buy-outs and buy-ins; restructurings; private equity transactions and sponsor exits; as well as board advisory and corporate governance.

Experience required :

• Qualified in England and Wales
• Have 3-5 years of PQE in a recognised corporate practice.
• Ability to provide practical, clear advice.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Excellent academic achievement with a minimum 2 : 1 degree
• Highly motivated and enthusiastic.
• A self-starter with plenty of drive and initiative
