We are recruiting for a Business Manager to join our Print Commercial team in our Snetterton Office. The role of the Business Manager is to work with vendors to achieve jointly agreed deliverables and KPIs whilst creating, maintaining and growing relationships with existing and new vendors. This role will be office based at our Basingstoke office in Chineham and the working hours are Monday to Friday 9am-5.30pm.
Your Day-to-Day
- Ensure favourable terms are negotiated to ensure a profitable and efficient brand (including stock, payment and financial terms)
- Lead QBRs and MBRs to assist with forward planning on next actions and development steps
- Work in partnership with the vendor to implement a coordinated and account-specific marketing plan aimed at delivering increased and new business
- Develop and influence senior relationships within the vendor’s business to ensure that Exertis’ “Partner Value” is maintained and fully utilised
- Work with the senior management across Exertis to create a compelling, bespoke business development strategy for the vendor
- Establish, develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders including Commercial, Marketing and Purchasing to ensure maximum sales activity is achieved and stock levels remain optimal
- Work closely with the Sales teams on identifying target accounts and creating tailor-made on identifying target accounts and creating tailor-made business expansion propositions
- Continually review and measure the team’s inputs and contributions to the overall strategy through objective setting and performance management
- Identify areas for development within the team, ensuring PDPs are in place to meet the needs of the team
- Demonstrate a strong awareness of and commitment to Ethics and Compliance and the DCC Group Code of Conduct
