This role is initially for a minimum of 3 months, with a strong possibility of extension based on performance and hospital needs.Key Responsibilities :

• Provide specialized pharmaceutical care to oncology patients.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Monitor and manage chemotherapy regimens, ensuring safe and effective medication use.
• Educate patients and their families on medication management and potential side effects.
• Conduct medication reviews and adjustments as necessary.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.Requirements :
• Must have IQEMO competency.
• Proven experience in oncology pharmacy.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
