This caretaker role will initially be on a contract basis. MUST have an enhanced DBS. HOURS Monday to Friday Week 1 6am - 2pm Week 2 1 : 30pm - 9 : 30pm Daily responsibilities will include :

• Maintenance and cleaning duties on site
• Key holder - opening and locking building
• Liaising with contractors on site Requirements for the role
