We're on the lookout for a Chef de Partie to join the team at an award-winning gastro pub in North Hertfordshire. It's a busy, modern spot with a proper focus on fresh food – no shortcuts here. You'll be working with seasonal British produce, creating quality dishes, and handling a good volume of covers with a tight-knit team. Honestly, it's a cracking pub – if you're all about fresh flavours and love cooking, then this is an excellent role for a chef in North Hertfordshire.
What they Offer :
- Up to £32,000
- Tronc on-top (Up to £400 per month)
