Job description

Corporate Solicitor Our client is a thriving Legal 500 Law Firm who are seeking a talented and ambitious Corporate and Commercial Solicitor to join their Harrow office. As a key member of the Team, you'll enjoy high levels of autonomy in shaping your role while collaborating closely with other departments, particularly their award winning Property teams.Key Responsibilities : Provide expert advice on corporate matters including mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, restructuring, management buy-outs, equity financing, and contractsHandle compliance, due diligence, document drafting, negotiations, and post-completion mattersDevelop and manage client relationships effectivelyCollaborate with other departments within the firmActively participate in business development initiativesRequirements : Qualified solicitor with 3+ years PQE in corporate / commercial lawExisting client following preferred, with ability to build a caseloadSelf-starter capable of working independently and collaborativelyStrong technical skills and knowledge of commercial contractsExcellent drafting and negotiation abilitiesClear communication skills for explaining complex legal conceptsCommercial awareness and client-focused approachStrong work ethic, interpersonal skills, and team spiritIT proficiency and willingness to learn new processesThis role offers an exciting opportunity to take your career to the next level in a supportive and dynamic environment.
