We are hiring at various levels for an experienced, highly-skilled Engineering Manager to join our clients’ team. This position offers the opportunity to work within a leading air defence organisation to deliver complex and defence solutions. You will have the opportunity to lead highly-skilled engineers throughout the concept development, delivery and in-service use of cutting-edge air defence solutions across their lifecycle.

Roles & Responsibilities

As an experienced Engineering Manager, you will :

• Lead and manage a team across various areas such as Bid Management, System Architecting, System Design, System Realisation, Test & Evaluation, Configuration Control, Requirements Management and Product Qualification / Certification operations.
• Lead the development of new concept system engineering solutions and provide ongoing support to in-service products / services across electric air vehicle, un-crewed air vehicle and GCAP sectors.
