Due to growth within the business, our client are now seeking additional CNC Operators to join the existing team. This is a great opportunity for an experienced CNC Setter / Operator to develop their skillset and grow within a technical department which can lead to future career development into offline programming (CAD / CAM) based roles.Purpose of the roleThe purpose of this role is to provide a specialist CNC milling function to the manufacturing process. The role is accountable for efficiently delivering conforming products on time in full (OTIF) to meet customer commitments. This role supports the continuous improvement of processes and people-centric resolutions to complex, multi-disciplined challenges.As a CNC Operator, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC machines, performing precision machining operations, and ensuring the quality and safety of our production processes.
