Working Hours :  45 Hours, Monday to Sunday (rota)

About the role :

To ensure the smooth operation of the weighbridge facility at Thames Road and act as a point of contact for our customers. This role is a 3-month fixed-term contract with a potential to extend as needed.

Duties and Responsibilities :

• Directing traffic coming onto site and operating the weighbridge in line with Company policies and procedures.
• Checking incoming loads, ensuring compliance with site licenses and permitted waste types, and completing all appropriate documentation.
• Acquainting yourself with the Council’s weighbridge management system for operating the Reuse & Recycling Centre’s weighbridge at Thames Road.
• Processing delivery notes and tickets accurately and efficiently.
