Kitchen Assistant - Primary School, Dagenham Location : Dagenham Start Date : ASAP Contract Type : Part-time / Term Time Only Hours : Monday to Friday, 10 : 30am - 1 : 30pm (15 hours per week)

Your role will include :

Assisting with food preparation and serving meals to children

Keeping the kitchen and dining areas clean and hygienic

Washing up and ensuring equipment is safely stored

Supporting the catering team with general kitchen duties

We are looking for someone who :

Has a positive attitude and good communication skills

Works well as part of a team

Is punctual, dependable, and committed to safety and hygiene

Has a Level 1 Food Hygiene Certificate (or willing to obtain one)

Previous experience in a school kitchen or similar setting is desirable but not essential.
